Ulduar tactics

Since the release of ulduar is almost here we better start reading up on tactics.
Post videos / strats if you find any decent ones.
Right now there aint too many tactics out there but as the patch hits more and more will come, I'll try to post more as they come.

My first time in any instance or raid is always completely blank, no tactics and strategies read.

I don't like it when I know in advance what will happen. First time in there it should all be a surprise
