Add on, some pains some gains

After looking over alpo's post about raid progression i wanted to start a little thread about add on's for raiding,

I only use

DeadlyBossMobs
Omen threat meter

these 2 (or similar ones) should be mandatory for every dps.

However I have and heard about allot of add ons,
Raid frames stuff decursive etc, etc,

So what are you using? What do you use it for, and how does it work for you?


((and yes i also use recount however I am not really counting that as a functional raid add on, I just get off at seeing my self at the top of the dps (or close to it) charts))
